A Russian security expert criticized Estonian KAPO - the Security Police board (Kaitsepolitseiamet) for its warning to the local population of vigorous activity of the Russian secret services, As AIA reported, KAPO said that the Russians try to recruit Estonians who visit Russia and other neighboring countries, as they search for the ways get access to the NATO and EU documentation.
