An unknown person raised alarm among the security services of the Russian capital city of Moscow, telling by phone that workers have been digging undermining under the Kremlin, Russian news agency Rosbalt reports, referring to a source in Moscow law enforcement bodies.
An unknown person called emergency link and told a possibility of acts of terrorism. He alleged that explosions in the Kremlin, the Bolshoi Theatre and the State Duma have been prepared. The man explained that the workers participating in reconstruction of the Bolshoi Thatre had been digging undermining under the Kremlin and the State Duma and as soon as they would finish it they would put explosives there.
According to the anonymous person, this information was transferred to him by terrorists. According to the news agency, the security services checked up the data, however, they did not find any proof. The searches of the telephone terrorist has been conducted, Rosbalt adds.

Cache of terrorists revealed by Russian Federal Security Service directorate in Stavropol area
At Predgorye area of Russia’s Stavropol Territory the members of security services found a cache of the terrorists involved in explosions of apartment houses in Moscow and Volgodonsk in 1999, news agency RIA Novosti reports, referring to press service of the Federal Security Service (FSB) of Russia Stavropol directorate.
According to the news agency, 26 barrels with aluminium powder of 936 kg gross weight were found out by the FSB operative in the hiding-place.
The FSB directorate claims that the components of explosives belonged to the organizers of acts of terrorism in Moscow and Volgodonsk. According to the FSB directorate’s press service, the cache was equipped in 1999 under Yusuf Krymshakhmalov who was sentenced to life imprisonment in 2004.

Insurgents destroyed in Chechen Republic by FSB appeared to be students
The two insurgents destroyed in Shatoy area of the Chechen Republic yesterday, were registered as students of higher educational institutions of republic, news agency RIA Novosti reports, referring to a source in the law enforcement bodies of the region.
At carrying out of operative and search actions by the employees of criminal investigation department and republican directorate of the FSB of the Russian Federation, two participants of an illegal armed formation rendered armed resistance and were liquidated in an abandoned house in the suburb of Dekhesty settlement, according to FSB spokesperson.
After studying the documents of the victims, it was found out, that those who fired at the FSB operatives were 20 y.o. students of the second study year of two higher educational establishments, the Chechen Pedagogical Institute and the Chechen State University, both residents of Grozny area, born 1989.

The agents of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) Dagestan directorate together with their Moscow colleagues have caught two young men suspected of the organization of cyber-attacks on websites of republican mass media, daily Rossiiskaya gazeta reports.
This June the online site founded by the regional Ministry of National Policy, Information and External Communications suffered from a hackers’ attack.
As a result, references on the behalf of members of extremist grouping which incurred the responsibility for murder of minister of Dagestan’s Ministry of Interior Adilgerey Magomedtagirov and called the local security forces members to join them.
In the course of investigation the FSB employees managed to find cyber-criminals of the Ansar group of insurgents who had been engaged in hacker attacks with an aim of distribution of their ideas through the world-wide web, and the 27 y.o. hacker Albert Saayev. The FSB established his participation in breaking of some of the state information resources, including sites of authorities of the Chechen Republic, Dagestan and Ingushetia.
It is known that Albert Saayev in 2005 already was detained by law enforcement bodies in connection with participation in breaking a website of Dagestan news agency. He was sentenced to one year and 30,000 roubles penalty. After the release he arrived to Moscow and was officially registered as a system administrator in one of companies, Rossiiskaya gazeta adds.

Official website of Ingushetia could suffer from care of Russia’s Federal Security Service
According to the press secretary of the President of Ingushetia Kaloi Akhilgov, the last some days the official website of the president of republic, Ingushetia.ru, has been readdressed to an unclear address with hieroglyphs. The presidential press service failed to find out circumstances of restrictions in the work of the official site of the republic which were observed within the last several days, news agency Rosbalt reports.
Akhilgov said that the hosting company informed them that such instruction had come from the Federal Security Service (FSB) centre of information security, the contact person and his phone number were mentioned. According to the hosting company, this particular person ordered to enter restrictions. When the presidential secretariat contacted this person, he had no understanding about what there ws a speech, Akhilgov marked. The press service of the President of Ingushetia did not manage to clear out circumstance of the incident.
It was reported earlier on detention of a hacker which has reportedly organized cyber-attacks against official websites of three Caucasian regions: Ingushetia, Chechen Republic and Dagestan. Albert Saayev is suspected by the FSB of organization of DDos attacks including the one against the official website of Republic of Ingushetia in July, 2009.
According to the Moscow City Court spokeswoman Anna Usachova, Saayev will be spending 10 days under arrest. During this time he has to be charged. According to the FSB of the Russian Federation, Saayev with the help of his accomplices Oleg Morozov and Magomed Cheerov (they have been detained together with Saayev and now are cooperating with investigation) — cracked websites and placed extremist texts on them.

The University of Connecticut archaeologist Nick Bellantoni flew to Moscow to take DNA swabs at the State Archive and was also shown the bloodstained remains of the bunker sofa on which Hitler and Braun were believed to have killed themselves, according to the paper.
The piece of skull and the jaw are the only surviving remains of Hitler’s body, according to officials at the archive service and at the Federal Security Service (FSB). The jaw with the dental work that originally allowed the Soviets to identify Hitler’s body, is still in the FSB secret archives. The jaw is the main piece of evidence in the Soviet investigation into Hitler’s death, according to Yakov Pogony, head of the FSB archives department.
News agency AP cites Alexander Kalganov, an official at the FSB’s archives department, as saying that he had not seen “any documents providing evidence that this is the skull of Hitler”.

Security Police of Estonia investigating leakage of information about striking of Russian officials Markov and Yakimenko off the ‘Black List”
The Security Police of Estonia (KaPo) brought a criminal case in connection with eventual disclosure of the state secret in connection with a report about the Russian officials Sergei Markov and Vasily Yakimenko, daily Postimees reports.
The criminal case has been brought on the basis of clause 241 of Estonia’s Criminal Code which considers illegal promulgation, transfer of the state secret or providing of access to it, according to press service of the Security Police of Estonia.
The case has been brought according to the application of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia in connection with the publication in mass media of reports about cancelling of interdiction on entry to the Schengen zone countries of the of Sergei Markova and Vasily Yakimenko, the paper adds.

Deputy head of Security Service of Ukraine reportedly detected with forged university diploma
It has been revealed that the deputy chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Andrei Kislinsky has a forged diploma of university education, Russian news agency ITAR-TASS reports, referring to the press service of Ukraine’s political movement National Self-defense

which enters in the parliamentary block together with party Our Ukraine. Kislinsky has been supervising the information and analytical work of the SBU and it is considered the leading expert on research of the Great Famine in Ukraine in the 1930s.
According to the parliament members' inquiry, the archive of the Kiev National University reported that Kislinsky had not graduated from the university and the diploma of a historian allegedly issued at the given educational institution "did not appear" among the given out documents.
Before the appointment to the SBU deputy chairman’s post, Kislinsky since February, 2006, worked as an adviser, then the assistant to President Viktor Yushchenko. Between September, 2007, and June of this year he was the deputy head of the presidential secretariat.
In connection with the new circumstances, the National Self-defense has directed an inquiry of parliament members to the Prime Minister and the General Prosecutor on carrying out of service investigation of Kislinsky’s biography data.
